Surveying the Development Work
Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid’s visit began with a thorough survey of the Kingdom Valley Islamabad site. Accompanied by senior project managers and engineers, he walked through various sections of the development, taking a close look at the progress made so far. The inspection covered the residential areas, commercial zones, and the infrastructural framework, including roads, drainage systems, and green spaces.
During the survey, Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid expressed satisfaction with the quality of work being carried out. Visit to the Kingdom Valley Site Office
Following the site survey, Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid visited the Kingdom Valley Site Office where he convened a meeting with the staff. The meeting was attended by key personnel from the construction, planning, and administrative departments. The Chairman’s address focused on several critical aspects of the project, from the current status to the challenges being faced and the strategies to overcome them.
Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid commended the team for their hard work and dedication, recognising the efforts put in despite various challenges. He stressed the importance of teamwork and effective communication, urging all departments to work in unison to achieve the common goal. “Each one of you plays a vital role in the success of this project. It is through your collective effort that we will make Kingdom Valley a landmark development,” he stated.
Emphasis on Quality and Timeliness
A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to discussing the quality and timeliness of the development work. Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid emphasised that while speed is important, it should not come at the cost of quality. He laid out his vision for Kingdom Valley as a premier residential and commercial hub, where excellence is evident in every aspect of the development.
To ensure that the highest standards are maintained, Mr. Ghulam Hussain Shahid announced the implementation of more stringent quality control measures. He directed the project managers to conduct regular inspections and audits, and to provide weekly progress reports. These measures, he noted, would help in identifying and addressing any issues promptly, thereby keeping the project on track.
